Manchester Pride 2019

August Bank Holiday means it's time for the big one in the North West: Manchester Pride!

On Saturday 26 August, we'll be taking part in the Manchester Pride parade, where we will be joined by Greater Manchester Labour MPs, Councillors and local Labour Parties.

The parade sets off from Liverpool Road at 12noon on the Saturday. We'll be gathering outside the Roman Fort in Castlefield from about 11am. If you have an LGBT+ Labour T-shirt then please bring this with you - if not, then we will have some to give out on the day.

**PLEASE NOTE** Due to space restrictions on the parade, the organisers will be giving out a limited number of wristbands. We are allowed a maximum of 50 wristbands for our entry, so if you want to march with us it's really important you RSVP when it opens.

From 11am-5pm on both the Saturday and Sunday we'll also have our stall at the expo in Bloom Street Car Park in The Village, where we'll be signing up new members, selling our merchandise and signing up people to our Trans Allies Network.

If you are able to help out on the stall and/or join us in the parade, then let us know by RSVP-ing below. Saturday afternoon straight after the parade is always our busiest time, so help at this point is particularly appreciated! We will also need cover during Saturday lunchtime and early afternoon (whilst we're in the parade), and on Sunday afternoon. Please let us know if you can help cover any of those periods.
