Dorothy's List

Dorothy’s List is a Campaign Fund established by LGBT Labour to support Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Trans candidates standing to represent the Labour Party in Parliament.

We all know there are huge barriers for LGBT candidates, particularly women, and our aim was to show our solidarity and support.

We set a fundraising target of £5,000 to support candidates at the 2010 General Election— we more than doubled this target which allowed us to suuport Labour's LGBT candidates across the country.

Please read this leaflet about some of the talented LGBT people standing as Labour Party candidates at the next election. And please give generously — every penny will go towards a more representative Parliamentary Labour Party and greater equality for the LGBT community.

LGBT Labour will be looking at extending Dorothy's List for future elections and to continuing to support Labour's LGBT candidates and politicians.
